When it comes to designing your New Home or if you are remodeling an existing home; there are few materials that have a classic appeal such as brick. Brick has withstood the test of time over 10,000 years and is a solid investment over other types of siding due to its durability and virtually maintenance-free characteristics. Brick has a variety of uses in the building industry but typically for constructing buildings, homes and retaining walls. Considered a Green product to its recyclability. OUR BRICK STORY:
My father started the Company in 1975 in the fields of General Construction & Masonry Installation (Stonework) known as Bell’s Construction. In the late 90’s that progressed to Stone Quarrying and Harvesting to follow the demands of stone in our local building market of Parker, Palo Pinto, and Erath Counties. We changed our name to Bell’s Natural Stone. In 2003, we opened up our 1st retail store in Willow Park, Parker County, TX serving all areas of Weatherford, Fort Worth, Benbrook, and Arlington along the Interstate corridor. In 2015, we realized the need to be a One-Stop Shop for all things Masonry. At the heart of that was adding Brick to our Product Portfolio. We changed our name to BellStone Masonry Supply. It allowed customers a one-stop to choose Brick, Stone, and Mortar without the need to drive to the Mid Cities to select Brick or pick from a small Sample Board. It allowed BellStone to be more economical utilizing the same equipment and staff. Only made Sense! Since this time, we now have a full e-Commerce site where customers can make selections of not only Brick and Stone but BBQ Grills, Fireplace Mantles, and Outdoor Living Products.
Brick is also very economical compared to Stone Veneer, Stucco, and other types of Masonry Sidings. The price per sf of Brick installed is around $4 per sf vs $10-$12 per sf on Stone or Stucco.
*Added SAVINGS. Did you know that by using an Executive Size Brick (aka 3X10 Brick) vs a King Size Brick you can save an average of $1500? The brick is 3/8” wider and longer but reduces Materials and Labor by 15%.
At BellStone we use advanced Measuring Software to accurately measure and calculate the Masonry materials for your New Home. The software computes Stone, Brick, Mortar, Sand, Wall Ties, Nails, and Lintels. In addition, we can compare different sized Brick with Labor factored into the Estimate.
